Process & pricing

process:

  1. Initial Consultation:

    • Meet with the management team to discuss your needs. This could range from business start-up, implementing HR systems, creating a handbook or company policies & procedures, hiring new employees, building benefit packages, to people culture strategy. The goal is to create a plan to build an employee experience that supports and empowers employees to contribute to the company's success.

  2. Proposal Creation:

    • West Slope Admin will create a detailed proposal and timeline for your review, outlining the steps and strategies to meet your business goals.

  3. Implementation and Collaboration:

    • West Slope Admin works closely with management to implement the proposal. We remain flexible, ready to pivot or make changes as necessary to ensure optimal results.

pricing:

  • Your business will be charged an hourly rate for our services. You will be in communication with West Slope Admin as much or as little as needed to perform assigned tasks or to help build out any employee engagement incentives.

  • Invoices are issued at the end of each month, ensuring you only pay for what you need.
